In 2015, God spoke to Rev. Dr. Charles Mantey to set up a community program that will cater to the needs of those who’re are hurting in our world. As a result, Hands of Love Community is to help and support people with addiction, mental health issues, school drop outs and homelessness related problems.
With a capital funding from the Canadian government through the Initiative to improve Black-led organization program, we were able to launch the program on June 28th 2022.
